In addition, the employees working with your partner can access the control panel without having to be on site. The remote service team can also recognize problems early, check if there is a false alarm and initiate further steps if necessary.
Easy to control via EBLWeb
Data from TELENOT’s fire alarm control unit hifire 4400 can be transmitted to EBLWeb in real time for visualization. The data can be viewed at any time within your own network or, if you have purchased a remote service option, by the specialists who monitor your systems. EBLWeb is a browser application, and can access all the same features as the control panel, such as:
- Resetting alarms
- Acknowledging faults
- Viewing detailed information on the CIE (current consumption, temperature, etc.) and on the loops
- Reading all fire detector sensor values
- Disabling groups, individual fire detectors and loops
- and more.
