TELENOT’s Gateway 5088 allows users to transmit data from the fire alarm control unit hifire 4400 via ethernet/IP. This means, for example, that all data from the connected fire alarm control unit can be viewed in a browser. The visualization is carried out using EBLWeb, a browser application that can be used on tablets, PCs, and smartphones.

The app interface EBLApp, which is integrated into Gateway 5088 and boasts the features Test mode, LED activation, Output activation, and Check loop, makes it easy to commission and maintain the fire alarm control unit hifire 4400. An integrated set-up assistant helps to configure TELENOT’s Gateway 5088, walking you through all major steps and receiving existing data, meaning that it is almost impossible to make an error during commissioning.
Connect to building management systems
Gateway 5088’s serial or TCP/IP interface can be used to connect a TELENOT fire alarm control unit to a higher-level building management system. There are a variety of protocols available for this process, which can be carried out either serially or fully via the IP based EBLNet protocol.
